Use for hand rearing of bird chicks or force feeding or deworming of large macaws such as Blue and Gold Macaw, Hyacinth Macaw and similarly sized birds
The crop tube fits on the 60 ml hand rearing syringe with syringe cone.
In contrast to metal crop tubes, the soft silicone crop tubes are much gentler on the bird's beak, throat and crop.
When using silicone crop probes in adult birds, the crop probe should always be inserted at the angle of the beak and not at the tip of the beak to prevent biting.
